Marceli moved to the United States 18 years ago and since her arrival has been dedicated to female and social entrepreneurship. All this time, she helped on initiatives that supported women individually or in groups. This granted Marceli the professional recognition and she has been awarded by the Mayor of Connecticut and other bodies that showcase her social work.
With vast experience in the universe of female entrepreneurship, Marceli, together with Fabiane, established a Brazilian company on American soil to help expatriate women to enter a pulsating community and business world.
Fabiane has been working with leadership for over 18 years. On her journey she learned the way you dress and express yourself can change what you are and the value you have. Because of this, she has focused 100% on women and on making them see their worth so they can generate results no matter where they are.
She grew up in a simple Brazilian community, Favela do São Camilo. Even amidst all the financial frailties, Fabiane was blessed with an emotionally strong family. Through her hard work, study and dedication, her life took a surprising turn: she became successful businesswoman in several sectors, with great personal and professional achievements.
